Agitated Nutsche Filter Drier (ANFD)
Product Description
Agitated Nutch Dryer:
The device which is designed to separate the solid with that of liquid under vacuum or pressure by filtration is the Agitated Nutsche filter. This equipment is characterized by the cylindrical shell with dished and welded at their top and bottom respectively. This base plate has bolting bar which helps in holding the filter cloth.
For the process of filtration, a filter cloth is provided. The nozzles are also made available along with the side discharge nozzles. For the agitator shaft, a solid bar is used. To generate torque, an ‘S’ shaped blade is provided.
M.O.C:
SA516Gr70, carbon steel and 300 Grade stainless steel is used as the material of construction.
DRIVE:
suitable drives are used.
OUT FIT:
It is provided with the pressure vessel to 2825, bs 5500 in cs, alloy steel , asme sec viii div i. ss304,316,316ti in-house quality control checks mfr under third –party inspection.
BENEFITS:

“PROTON” has its modern factory covering over 12000 square feet area in Dombivli MIDC., District: Thane., Mumbai. We have highly skilled & dedicated engineers & staff looking after customized designing, manufacturing, testing & supply of Chemical Plant & Process Equipments. Our Production is continuously securely monitored through camera’s, for maintaining speedup work & consistent production.
We have set up of specialized production facility having modern machinery, proficient & trained workforce with certified group of welders for giving precise radiography results. We have in house facilities for Material Handling, Plate / Pipe Bending, MIG / TIG welding, Plasma cutting, Machining, Drilling, Mechanical Buffing & Polishing.
Along with this we have a wide range of pilot plant set up on which different chemicals & pharmaceuticals products are tried & studied in depth to give high performance results.
