| Physico-chemical Treatment |
| it involves an advanced mechanical screen for solid removal and neutralization by various chemicals. Process like coagulation and flocculation then followed to reduce maximum COD, BOD Loads. |
| Biological Treatment |
| The treatment consists of various types like suspended growth called activated sludge process (ASP), attached suspended growth called moving Bed Bio-Reactor (MBBR) and the latest Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) |
| Tertiary Treatment or Filtration |
| The process is undertaken by sand/carbon filter to derive better quality results. Adding ultra filtration (UF) for further enhances the result quality. The treated water is fit to reuse in various industrial processes to achieve total recycling. |
| TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is major contaminant which is difficult to remove in effluent treatment. We provide Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) to convert TDS into sludge and condensed water. This treatment is crucial to achieve zero zero liquid discharge (ZLD) by removing concentrated TDS. |
