GMP Clean Room Partitioning Systems

GMP Clean Room Partitioning System is designed for ease of installation and practical functionality, while maintaining modular flexibility to interchange by way of easy demountability. Whether you are adding on, modifying an existing facility, or constructing a new facility, the GMP panel system offers materials to suit your specific application.

The GMP system can be integrated with a wide range of new or existing systems to coordinate any clean room facility or manufacturing environment. Simplified construction methods and our progressive/ non-progressive system will help minimise overall construction time.

GMP Metal Doorsets are specifically tailored to the requirements of the market with special attention being paid to the use of galvanised steel throughout.

GMP Metal Doorsets are available in different configurations to satisfy the client’s requirements. In addition to single leaf and double leaf frames with removable overpanels, borrowed light and glazing can be introduced.

High duty general purpose metal doorsets are available in sizes up to 2600mm wide double doorsets and 3000mm high.
The door sets are capable of accepting glazing in many configurations with air vents, louvers and a wide range of hardware. They are finish coated in primer or epoxy polyester powder paint as standard.

 

 

Available in fire resistant levels from 30 minutes up to 2 hours all tested to BS 476 Part 20 & 22, IS3614 (Part 2), the fire doors are approved by CBRI (Roorkee), Warringtonfire (UK) and UL (USA). These doorsets can be made in very large sizes with options for glazing, fire resistant self closing louvers, single or double doorsets, optional fixed overpanels and optional temperature rise (insulation) configurations.

Door Leaf
Shutter sheet thickness is 1.0 mm 
Infill material is Rock Wool (45 kg /cu.m)

Door Frame
Frame sheet thickness is 1.5mm.

Finish
Fire Doors are Pure Polyester Powder Coated (Jotun Make) 60-80 Micron.
Fire Door includes standard size Vision panel of 6 mm thick Fire Rated Glass(Fire Rated Wired Glass, Pilkington UK) with Double Skin Shutter of 44 mm thick (GI sheet on both sides). They also include provision for fixing Panic Bar, SS D-Type or Lever Handle with Lock, SS Push Plate, SS Flush Bolt, SS Ball Bearing Hinges, Door Closers, & Anchor fasteners with Cap etc.
