DUTREAT SERIES (DT) LARGE:

The advantages are built in:
Better, cleaner and more efficient dehumidification and cooling systems

SUPERIOR ECONOMICS:
  • First Cost is comparable to any other alternative technology
  • Operating costs are 30-50% lower than conventional dehumidification and cooling technology
FUNCTIONAL BENEFITS:
  • Precise control of indoor environment by controlling humidity and temperature
  • Greater comfort due to eliminating overcooling of supply air
  • Improved indoor air quality (IAQ) through removal of airborne particulates, allergens, and microorganisms
  • Eliminates opportunities for mold formation by eliminating all points of condensation in the system
EASY TO IMPLEMENT:
  • DuTreat systems operate on electricity alone, with no other hookups required
  • Very easy to use as a direct replacement for aged or malfunctioning equipment or as an add-on to underperforming systems

DUHANDLING SERIES (DH) SMALL:

The advantages are built in:
Better, cleaner and more efficient dehumidification and Cooling systems

SUPERIOR ECONOMICS:
  • First Cost is comparable to any other alternative technology
  • Operating costs are 30-50% lower than conventional dehumidification and cooling technology
FUNCTIONAL BENEFITS:
  • Precise control of indoor environment through the ability to directly control humidity
    and temperature
  • Greater comfort due to eliminating overcooling of outdoor air
  • Improved indoor air quality (IAQ) through removal of airborne particulates and organisms
  • Eliminates opportunities for mold formation by eliminating all points of condensation in the system
UTILIZATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY:
  • Low-quality waste heat or solar thermal energy can easily be utilized as low as 54°C to power dehumidification
  • Geothermal cooling can often be used to dramatically reduce or eliminate chiller or cooling tower load

About Us:

DRY AIR SYSTEMS is a company formed by engineering professionals with an experience of over 16 years in the HVAC field. Be it any type of chillers, low side HVAC systems, central air conditioning HVAC needs, moisture removal, erection and commissioning and industrial dehumidification for various pharmaceutical industries and hospitals, our engineers are fully trained and well experienced to handle any of these necessities.

In a span of 11 years, DRY AIR SYSTEMS has successfully managed to erect and commission more than an astounding 700industrial dehumidifiers in highly specialized and US FDA approved pharmaceutical industries like GlaxoSmithKline, Zydus Cadila, Lupin Limited, Wockhardt Limited, Glenmark Generics to name a few.

The company has diversified itself and now works on turnkey projects for large central plant HVAC systems and air cooled chiller packages. That`s not all, it also executes large HVAC low side jobs for air-conditioning of pharmaceutical plants, hospitals etc. It has recently built association with Microtac Systems, Singapore for clean room panels. Dry Air Systems not only executes turnkey clean room projects for pharmaceutical and chip manufacturing industries, but is also discussing with a solar renewable energy company from Spain to provide turnkey solution in the field of solar power generation.

Generating business is not the only aim of the company, in fact, it also provides excellent after sales service when it comes todehumidification and cooling. At present it offers air compressor services in India, particularly Mumbai, Goa & Vapi, Northern India at Rookee & Baddi and Southern India at Bangalore & Hyderabad.

DRY AIR SYSTEMS has successfully launched a new technology for air compressors in India and are proud to have customers giving repeat orders due to the product quality, energy saving technology and the services that we provide.

DRY AIR SYSTEMS is now setting up a green field manufacturing facility along with its Principal Ms. Ducool Ltd, Israel in India.

Our tie ups now include Shanghai Hanye Purifying Technology Company Limited, China for compressed air dryers andindustrial dehumidifiers and EMAX AIR
FORCE TECHNOLOGY; USA for their range of both piston & screw Air Compressors. This new product line pretty much completes our product profile in the field of drying technology and systems and enables us to provide complete solutions in various drying applications.

In our world where time is of the essence, our team of highly skilled, experienced and well trained engineers are fully competent to carry out any kind of industrial dehumidification system issues and needs in a timely and professional manner. The annual turnover for the year 2010-2011, by Dry Air Systems & its Global Associate Companies was USD 10 Million.
