Product Description

V105:
 
The machine V105 works  with cases pre-glued picked up from the warehouse.
The building system of the machine make it usable also in difficult sector like frozen food industry.
The format change is modern and functional and it is realized using position indicators.
 
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

The case is picked up from the warehouse and splayed through a positive opening system.
Products arrive to the pusher unit through a tray transport.
The pusher unit insert the product inside the case.
The case is moved through a series of chain that bring them until the exit of the machine.
After the product has been introduced, the case is closed with a slot or glue.
 
OPTIONAL UNITS:

Automatic feeding of the product (Blister, bottle, tube, etc..).
Code reader with ejector.
Encoders: embossing or ink/embossing.

Schedule insertion device: stretched or folded. 

V106:
 
The machine V106 is an automatic compact cartoner, suitable for medium-little products. The sectors of use are: food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and no food.
Our pluriennal experience alows us to realize automatic feedings dedicated in detail to the product to treat.
The machine V106 works with cases pre-glued picked up from warehouse.
The format change is modern and functional and it is realized using position indicators.
The realizable closures are of housing, hot melt and mixed type.

The machine V108 is of great flexibility since it allows the packaging of products of little and medium dimensions, of regular or irregular shape, multiple packaging and prepackaged or loose product.
It is a machine with mechanical movements in intermittent cycle and it works with pre-glued cases picked up from the warehouse.
The format change is fast and functional and it is regulated using position indicators.
The machine can be equipped with loading systems like: pick and place, counters, measures.

V2000:
 
The machine V2000 is a modern and functional cartoner, realized with building system "with flange" with the following features:
  • easily inspectable and cleanable; the machine is built according the GMP rules;
  • format change simple and fast, regulations with indicators, very few parts to be replaced;
  • ergonomic positioning of the warehouse of cases and sheets for an easy loading;
  • forced opening system of the cases of innovative type;
  • product transport, cases and machine transmission with toothed belts to reduce sound emission and increase the reliability;
  • control panel with touchscreen user interface;
  • great versatility.

The sheet is picked up from warehouse and deposited through suction cups. After which it is introduced between the conveyor belts and subsequently introduced in the vertical transport.

The case is moved through a series of chain that bring them utill the exit of the machine.

The machine Vertipack is an automatic vertical can filling machine particularly suitable for working in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical field.
The Vertipack machine is of great flexibility since it allows the packaging of products of little and medium dimensions, of regular or irregular shape, multiple packaging and prepackaged or loose product.
The machine has the following features:
  • "Inline" development for a better positioning of the productive line;
  • it is a machine with mechanical movements in intermittent cycle and it works with pre-glued cases picked up from the warehouse;
