Pick up Conveyor PUK10:
Ensures every product is at the correct datum point for pick up by Robot.
The pick-up/station conveyor along with the robot head are the two most important aspects of a robot system as they ensure consistent picking and placing of products.
The pick-up conveyor works in perfect harmony with Brillopak Robot Heads to de-risk any palletising automation project.

- Plug in and go: The system is fully tested on your products and pallets before shipping. The machine is then boxed up shipped and plugged in at the client end. The machine is connected to the existing conveyor line and following training the system is live
- Food industry approved hygienic construction and wash-down protection where required

Brillopak was founded in 1999 to address the needs of factories seeking to automate their end of line palletising and pallet handling processes.
We have always designed and manufactured our own products and pride ourselves on our engineering and design excellence.
Our goal is to research our markets, develop innovative solutions and provide simple to operate and reliable systems with first class support.
Today the business provides complete automated pick and place packing systems and robot palletising lines for crates, sacks, bags and boxes. This is supported by a range of palletising line components including pallet dispensers, pallet lifters and pallet stack aligners/squarers.
We supply our machines to end users and system integrators around the world. We have never had a product returned in our history.
Our clients include British Sugar, Tata Steel, Greencore, Muntons Malted Ingredients and Imerys Minerals.
With many years’ experience in the palletising industry, we have a deep understanding of the demanding production environments in which are machines are required to perform.
