The Sunsai Blender is a simple machine to blend a dry powder; granules etc., to achieve uniform homogeneous mix.  The geometry of blender with the blade fitted inside the blender ensures that the mixing operation is carried out efficiently in a reasonable time.  It also facilitates easy charging and discharging of the material.

a.    Octagonal Blender.

b.    Double Cone Blender.

c.    Conta Blender.

d.    ‘V’ Blender.

 

This machine provides many helpful features to aid efficiency and safety during the mixing process.

·         Easy to charge the material into the Blender receptacle (manually or mechanically).

·         Discharge of material is by gravity through a manually operated butterfly valve at the bottom outlet.

·         Automatic operation of the blending cycle through pre-set timer.
