• Model available in Single / Double Head Semi Automatic and Automatic Linear Tube Filler
• Manual and Automatic Feeding & Positioning of Tubes with Automatic Filling, Sealing, and Coding & Ejection.
• Output: 40 TO 50 Tubes/Min*
• Dia of Tube: 10mm to 40mm
• All contact parts are in AISI S.S. 316 and Teflon as per cGMP. Machine is completely covered with SS 304 sheets and cladded to meet cGMP requirements.
• 25kgs/(30 Liters) - Approx SS 316 single wall Plain hopper.
• “No Tube No Fill” device, which prevents Dosing action
• Easy volume arrangement in the syringe.
• Individual 1st & 2nd Fold pressing Units provided for Aluminum Tube .Mechanically operated batch coding provided to achieve effective coding.
• FR Unit Provided. Set of 0-9-type set for batch printing.
• For Plastic/Lami tubes: Hot-Air Sealing with Leister (Swiss make Heater) is Provided for Sealing of tube.
• IN Optional 35Kgs.approx jacketed Hopper SS316 with 1.5 KW water Tubular heater Thermostat type PT-100 along with Temp. Controller Also provided with Stirring Device made from SS316 driven by ½ H.P motor with 40:1 Worm reduction Gear Box i.e. 36 RPM all motor & gear box Covered with SS304.
